3、涉及“公益活動”、“孤殘兒童救助”、“友好(hao)和平發展(zhan)基(ji)金”非贏利組織等 申(shen)請合作(zuo)組織必(bi)須提供包括如下信(xin)息(xi)的書(shu)麵材料(liao)：組織情況(kuang)介紹，包括：組織注(zhu)冊名(ming)稱、曆史、活動、組織設立目的和非贏利狀(zhuang)況(kuang)的證明(ming)合作(zuo)簡(jian)報，包括:組織使命、目標人群、期望改(gai)變的目標、識別圖像、過往活動、傳播與媒(mei)介費用等所有(you)申(shen)請和支持材料(liao)都將被仔細(xi)審閱。
